Construction supervision renovation of existing building LPH 8

The building, including its main structure, is divided into three construction phases. All structures in the early construction phases are constructed of the same brick in the Brandenburg style. The entire historic ensemble features massive, cantilevered hipped roofs. This involved the renovation of a three-story elementary school in accordance with historic preservation regulations. The construction of a second structural escape route, including the construction of two external staircases, was completed. The cafeteria extensions and the new classroom and administration wing are also part of the ensemble.

Construction supervision of new two-field sports hall with preschool classroom wing, LPH 8

An L-shaped structure forms the foundation, with the new hall being built as its southern extension. The auditorium forms the southern point and, with its two-story windows, represents a visual focal point in the façade, which is constructed almost exclusively of dark red clinker brick in the Brandenburg/Wendish style. The extensions will have flat roofs. The hall will be built according to BSB specifications, and both hall segments will function independently of each other.
