Cosmopolitan, open-minded and urban - the Überseequartier is an inspiring place with extraordinary dimensions. It combines living and working spaces with attractive cultural offerings and leisure opportunities as well as innovative retail and entertainment concepts. Tourists, residents and office workers get an impression of how Hamburg's traditional values are reinterpreted here and what it means to be in a unique place in the heart of the city.

In the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier in Hamburg's HafenCity, an ensemble of a total of 14 buildings is being built, which will form a new, lively flagship destination in Hamburg with outstanding architecture and a unique mix of uses. Around 100,000 square meters of space for retail, gastronomy, entertainment and culture will be fine-tuned with 579 apartments, offices for 4,000 jobs, three hotels and a cruise terminal. The quarter is optimally integrated into the local infrastructure with its own subway station, bus lines and various mobility services.

The mixed-use project consists of a total area of 419,000 square meters and is being realized by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.
