Construction supervision renovation & new construction
The existing building is a three-story elementary school with three construction phases, constructed of brick in the Märkischer Verband style and featuring overhanging hipped roofs. The renovation includes restoration in accordance with historic preservation regulations, the installation of a second structural escape route with two external staircases, and the expansion with a cafeteria and new classroom and administrative wings.
The new two-court sports hall with a preschool classroom wing is an L-shaped structure. The auditorium forms the southern end and serves as a focal point with two-story windows. The facade is predominantly constructed in dark red clinker brick in a Margraviate/Wendish pattern, and the extensions will have flat roofs.
