REALIZED OBJECTS

The LUX is in the lee of Unter den Linden and Friedrichstrasse in a central yet quiet location on the Neustadt church square. It is only a few steps to the Brandenburg Gate.

The opening of the building creates an irritatingly beautiful feeling of being inside. A dark, shimmering, subtly designed glass and metal façade contrasts with the champagne-colored surfaces of the inner courtyard. Sensitive openings in the structure enable a view into the interior of the building and allow surprising impressions in the direction of the light. Integrated panels, sun protection systems and sun protection glazing ensure intimacy and individuality despite maximum transparency.

LUX - In the apartments, the coloring of the surfaces takes up the champagne-colored reflections of the crystalline façade, the stairwells and the foyers on the floors. Under the floors runs the underfloor heating, which cools the rooms in summer. The floor plans, terraces and balconies offer individual variation options.

LUX - Latin: the light, is the focus of the overall project.
