The property to be built on is located at Schwartzkopffstraße 26 / 28 / at the corner of Leipziger Straße in 14612 Falkensee. It has a size of 6,100 m². It is within the spatial scope of the F 12 B development plan.
The project includes a new building with 106 residential units, an underground car park with 70 Parking spaces and 45 outdoor parking spaces. The angled building is constructed from 4 full and a about it lying staggered floor exist. It is assigned to building class 5.
The entire building, including the resulting inner courtyard, has a one-storey basement. The entrance and exit to the underground car park in the basement is from the eastern wing of the building, with a short connection to Schwartzkopffstrasse.
