Project description

The building plot is located at Schwartzkopffstraße 26/28 / corner of Leipziger Straße in 14612 Falkensee. It has an area of 6,100 m² and lies within the area covered by development plan F 12 B.

The project comprises a new building with 106 residential units, an underground parking garage with 70 spaces, and 45 surface parking spaces. The angled building will consist of four full floors above ground and a penthouse level above them. It is classified as building class 5.

The entire building, including the resulting courtyard, has a single-level basement. Access to and from the underground parking garage is via the eastern wing of the building, with a short connection to Schwartzkopffstrasse.

The building is used exclusively for residential purposes. The basement levels will house tenant storage rooms, utility rooms, and communal storage areas for bicycles, strollers, and, if necessary, wheelchairs. The apartments will feature terraces on the ground floor, balconies on the upper floors, and roof terraces on the penthouse levels.
